The Avalon in Alpharetta is a multi-use development that allows residents of North Fulton to work, find entertainment and dine out all in one place.
The Boulevard East, the second phase of the complex, officially opened this week. It provides the Avalon with an additional 90,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
Chef and restaurateur Marc Taft has opened sustainable seafood restaurant Brine Seafood Shack, at the Avalon.The list of the Avalon’s newest dining tenants include Rumi’s Kitchen, Brine Seafood Shack, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Barleygarden Craft Kitchen and Bar, MF Bar, District 3 and Chick-fil-a.

Phase III of Avalon is expected to open in early 2018. Along with the Hotel and Conference Center at Avalon, Fifth Group Restaurant announced today that South City Kitchen will also be opening early next year at Avalon.
