A new spot for Cuban is coming to Marietta.

Next month, Beni’s Cubano will open up at 4475 Roswell Road Suite 1510 in The Avenue East Cobb development.

This new restaurant brings together the team behind  Tin Lizzy’s Cantina, Gypsy Kitchen and The Big Ketch Saltwater Grill to create a restaurant focused on Cuban cuisine and culture.

The menu is comprised of home-style Cuban cooking along with traditional Cuban cocktails and coffee.

“Beni’s Cubano is our way of exposing guests’ palates to the island of Cuba with authentic dishes and a genuine sense of hospitality. We want our guests to come back not just for the food, but also for the experience,” executive chef Cesar Velazquez said in a press release.

The team hopes that the restaurant will feel like one has been transported to Havana or Santiago during their meal, Velazques said.

The grand opening is expected sometime next month.
